A superior quality fast drying, low odor, zero VOC water-base, primer-sealer-stain blocker. Formulated to minimize problems caused by color changes, minor stains, surface textures and porosity differences, it offers excellent adhesion and provides a mildew resistant coating. High hide formula / blocks previous colors and medium stains. Seals surfaces for uniform finish. Stains: Water, tannin, ink, pencil, felt-marker and grease. Use on: Wood, non ferrous metals, cured plaster, wallpaper, masonry, concrete block/CMU, Vinyl/PVC, fiberglass, and under or over latex or oil based paint.
